Notes on limited sales: Browser cache

We would like to explain a frequently asked question during limited sales: "The Add to Cart button is not displayed."

The round table is a popular item, so I'm sure you've been checking our page several times even before it went on sale.

In web browsers, once you have viewed a page, the cache may remain and the page may be displayed in the same state as when it was last loaded. Therefore, if the cache remains from a page viewed before the start of the sale, the cart button will not be displayed.

If you clear your cache and refresh the page when the sale begins, the add to cart button will appear.

How to clear cache

<For Safari (iPhone, iPad, etc.)>

1. Open history (book icon) in Safari.

2. Tap the clock icon, then tap Delete in the bottom right.

3. Select the range of history you want to clear.

<For Chrome (Android, etc.)>

1. In the Chrome app, tap the More icon at the top of the screen.

2. Tap [History] → [Delete browsing data] and select the period you want to delete.

3. Check the box next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."

4. Tap [Clear data].

We have received a particularly large number of inquiries about the roundtable, and we expect heavy traffic.

Please clear your cache so that you are prepared to purchase when the sale begins.
