At the moment, Camori does not have a store, but you can see the products in our warehouse.
As a result of our efforts to make the warehouse easy to use,
it has a similar environment to the dealer warehouses where we purchase goods overseas.

You can visit Camori's warehouse without making a reservation and view the products.
In principle, we ask that you visit when the product is in stock. If you would like to confirm the details, please contact a nearby staff member.
At Camori, we offer a lifetime warranty on purchases from our online shop. Please purchase online.
If you have any questions, please feel free to speak to a nearby staff member.
The shelf number of the inventory location is listed on the product page. It will be smoother if you check the warehouse map and shelf number on this page in advance.
Parking lot troubles are increasing. Please check in advance to avoid parking in other tenants' parking lots.

We do not have staff dedicated to customer service like in our stores, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask a nearby staff member. Please note that we may not be able to meet all your requests.
Due to a lack of staff, it may be difficult to remove items from the top shelves or large items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please do not touch the items as they may be damaged or cause injury. If you would like to take an item in your hands and look at it, please ask a staff member.
For crime prevention and safety, the warehouse is constantly recorded by security cameras. Thank you for your understanding.

Points to note when visiting

If you are coming by car

There are two warehouses, Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2, and there is a parking space in front of each warehouse.
Approximately 7 cars can be parked, so please use them if you are coming by car.

*If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby parking lot.

How to find products: If you are looking for a specific product, please check the shelf number on each product page (above the product description) before coming.; Warehouse inventory is roughly classified as follows. There are exceptions, so please use this as a reference only.

How to purchase

Once you have decided on the product you want, purchase it from our online shop. ccamori offers a lifetime warranty on purchases from our online shop. Please make your purchase online.

You can pay by credit card, code payment, etc. If you would like to pay by cash, you can select bank transfer and pay at the register. In that case, please purchase from the online shop.

If you are taking it home on the day, we will hand over the product as soon as we confirm your payment. Once you have decided to purchase, please tell the staff the product number.

※We can help with packing and loading, but we are not responsible for any accidents or other troubles. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*As a general rule, we ask that you bring protective materials such as old blankets and ropes.

Q&A What should I do in these situations?: Where can I find out the price?

Scan the QR code on the tag attached to the product and check the price from the product page.

Please search the online shop for the 5-digit product number on the tag.; A warning message in red is displayed. Can I still buy it?

A warning message is displayed for products that have not yet been photographed or whose product information is being edited. Returns are not possible, so please be sure to check the condition with a nearby staff member before purchasing.; I can't find the product even if I search for the product number.

The details have not yet been determined, and the product information has not been registered in the online shop. Please tell a staff member the product number.; The shipping cost is displayed as 100,000 yen, is this true?

If the size information of the product is not registered, the shipping will be free, so it will be displayed as 100,000 yen to avoid any problems. Please speak to a staff member so that we can measure you and tell you the correct shipping cost.
