Items are shipped by one of the carriers below, depending on the product.
Returns due to failed delivery access cannot be accepted. Please check hallways, elevators, and other access routes in advance.

Art Setting Delivery (Kazai Omakase-bin)
The carrier brings the item inside and sets it up. (Setup is available for pre-assembled items only.)

Depending on the item, delivery may be one-person or curbside only.

Warehouse pickup
You can also pick up your item at our warehouse in Kamata, Tokyo.
Select "warehouse pickup" at checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Delivery date and time
You can specify a delivery date and time when ordering.
See the "preferred delivery date / time slot" field during checkout. The dates shown there are the earliest and latest available.
General delivery notes
Requested arrival dates may not be met in some regions, remote areas, busy shipping seasons, or due to carrier circumstances.
We provide no compensation for delayed arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders without a requested arrival date are shipped in order of payment confirmation.
