About the product

Notes for all products
Customers are responsible for installing, assembling, and wiring the product.
Parts and instructions are not included unless otherwise stated in the text or photographs.
If you cannot view the detailed product images, please contact us. We cannot accept returns even if you cannot view the images.
We cannot provide any guarantee that exceeds the purchase price, such as installation costs or provision of a new replacement product.
Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services.
Notes on used products
Please check with us about missing parts, manufacturer options, etc.
Due to a limit on the number of images that can be posted, parts that do not affect usability or minor scratches may not be posted.
Although perception varies from person to person, please be aware that used furniture may have a slight smell.
We may not be able to handle modifications or repairs made by previous owners, damage that is not visible under normal use, or unexpected deterioration over time.
Most used items are one-of-a-kind. In the event of a shipping accident or defect, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
Regarding handling of vintage and antique products
The paint is weaker than modern paint, so there is a possibility of ring stains, fading, and color transfer.
It is less strong than modern furniture and may shrink depending on the installation location and the temperature and humidity during transportation.
Since the finish is mainly oil or lacquer, please refrain from wiping with alcohol.
The product will be shipped with maintenance oil applied, so if you wipe it with water, the oil will adhere and turn brown.

About ordering

If you don't receive an email after placing your order
All communications from our company, such as payment confirmation and shipping information, will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check for any problems with the email server or your email reception settings.
The following are some possible reasons why you may not have received an email. Please check again. (Emails from our company will be sent from the @camori.jp domain.)
- Depending on your inbox settings, the email is automatically classified as spam or junk.
・The email address you provided is incorrect.
Storage of products after order confirmation
We cannot store your item for more than one week after purchase. We will arrange for shipping as soon as we have confirmed your payment.

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, various electronic payments, and bank transfer. Please select your preferred payment method when placing your order.

About receipts, invoices and statements
It can be issued in PDF format. When ordering, please enter the recipient's name and any other details you would like in the "Message to Shop" field on the cart screen.

Delivery Information

Depending on the product, we will ship it using the following shipping companies.
We cannot accept returns due to inability to deliver the product, so please check the delivery route in advance, including corridors and elevators.

Chartered by our designated company
Delivery will be made by chartered 2-ton or 4-ton vehicle.
Depending on the product, delivery may be by one person or delivery may be made from a truck.

Regarding direct collection
You can also pick up your order directly from the warehouse. If you pick up your order directly, you can specify a date within one week of placing your order.
When purchasing, please select "Pick up at store" and enter your desired pick-up date and time in the "Message to store" section on the cart screen. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Delivery date and time
When placing an order, you can specify the delivery date and time. For delivery, you can specify a date within two weeks of placing the order.
Please enter your desired delivery date and time in the "Message to Shop" section on the cart screen.
*Please note that there are some areas where you cannot specify a time zone.
General notes regarding shipping
We may not be able to accommodate your requested arrival date due to certain regions or remote locations, busy periods, or transportation reasons.
Please note that there is no guarantee in case of delayed arrival.
If you do not have a specific delivery date, your order will be shipped in the order in which payment is received.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, including inability to deliver.

Please be sure to check the contents of your order before completing it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • If you have used it once
  • If the customer processes, repairs, cleans, etc.
  • Returns of used items with minor scratches, stains, damage, fraying, etc.
  • If the product page states in advance that the item cannot be returned
  • If you have lost the warranty for a product that comes with a warranty

*If the product is damaged or dirty upon arrival, please do not discard the outer box if it is still there, and contact us within 7 days. If there is a possibility of a shipping accident, we will repair, exchange, or refund after checking and consulting with the shipping company. *Some products may not be exchangeable, such as one-of-a-kind items or discontinued items. Please note in advance.
