This table is still popular today, and a reissued version was released in 2017. In the reissued version, the support posts for the folding tabletop have been changed to aluminum.
G-PLAN circular coffee table
- NO. 66023 / 64431 / 64412 / 66024 / 67346

- This popular model is one of G-PLAN's masterpieces, designed as part of the Fresco series living collection.
It features curved legs that lift the table top from below. The glass embedded in the table top accentuates the legs, creating a comfortable unity between the frame and the table top. It is a compact center table that is easy to use in modern floor plans.
ERCOL is a long-established furniture manufacturer in the UK. It is a rare brand that continues to receive high support for the same model, both as new furniture and as antiques. Ercol Furniture was founded in High Wycombe in 1920 by Italian-born furniture designer Lucien Arcolani, who immigrated to the UK in the early 20th century. The collection combines traditional manufacturing methods, such as the Windsor chair, with modern design, and is light and simple with a subtle design. The stacking child chair designed in 1957 was widely used in facilities such as elementary schools and quickly became a best-selling brand.
G-PLAN is a furniture brand launched in 1952 by Ebenezer Gomme, a company founded in 1898 in the town of High Wycombe in the UK. It was the first in the UK to embrace the Scandinavian furniture boom of the 1950s, and by the 1960s it had become so popular that it was said to be a symbol of London's urban lifestyle. "G" stands for Gomme, and "PLAN" stands for planning, which means "planning your lifestyle." The product concept was a groundbreaking idea at the time, where people could enjoy creating a modern room in its entirety by purchasing individual items little by little. In 1987, the company was sold, and after many twists and turns, sofas are still manufactured by G Plan Upholstery in the west of England, and cabinets by G Plan Cabinets in Scotland.
