Collection: Bulbos Leg/Bulbas Leg/Bulbos Leg/Melon Leg/Pineapple Leg
The spherical decorations seen on the legs were popular in England during the reign of Queen Elizabeth in the second half of the 16th century. Over time, they became more complex and elaborately decorated. The word comes from the word bulb, but it is also called pineapple leg or melon leg because wood carvings with pineapple or melon motifs are often used.
