William Morris

Born in the suburbs of London in 1834, he was a British thinker and poet who had a major influence on the history of modern design. He continued to present beauty rooted in nature, created by hand, and his fabrics and wallpapers with motifs of flowers, plants and trees are still full of fresh charm even after more than 150 years.
