Collection: Morris of Glasgow

A long-established Scottish furniture brand established in 1906. It was founded in Newcastle by Harris Morris, a Russian-born Englishman, and moved to Glasgow at the outbreak of World War I. The company made great strides by designing interiors for churches, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and private homes. In the late 1930s, it moved to a modern style incorporating Scandinavian design, and furniture designed by Neil Morris won acclaim. Since then, it has achieved global success as one of the most important furniture manufacturers in the UK. There is little supply to the Japanese market, making it a very rare furniture brand.
