Collection: Turning
It is the process of rotating lumber and applying a blade to it to process it into the shape of a balustrade, handrail, bowl, or tray. Examples of this process overseas include the legs of wooden furniture such as chairs and tables, balustrades for stairs, and baseball bats. In Japan, it is mainly used for tableware (soup bowls, confectionery dishes, etc.), spinning wheels, kokeshi dolls, and pulleys.
