Shimizu Keita

Born in Tokyo in 1974. Spent his childhood in the United States. After completing his Master's degree at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, he began working in Milan in 2003. Founded Creative Norm the following year. In 2006, he moved his main focus to Yokohama and was nominated for the Design Report Award as GIBA, and has received various awards including the Good Design Award in 2008 (Prua/Tendo Mokko), (IGSA series/Soejima Isao Shoten), Fukuoka Industrial Design Award (IGSA series/Soejima Isao Shoten), and the Good Design Award in 2012 (Alant/Itoki). He is one of Japan's leading designers.
