Staples ( Staples of Cricklewood )

A furniture manufacturer based in Huntingdon, England, founded in 1895. By 1900, the company had become one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality wire mattresses and iron beds.
In 1926, the company moved to Cricklewood, London, and became even more famous with the launch of Ladderax in 1964. It was acquired by Myers of Cambridge in 1985, and is still loved by many collectors today.
