Collection: Alder Wood
It is a material with beautiful grain, and the raw material is a pale reddish brown. It is mainly produced in North America and Europe, and since the grain resembles cherry wood, it was previously sold well under the name Western cherry. It is relatively soft and easy to process, making it suitable for router processing, but due to resource depletion, the amount of stock is decreasing. Because the grain resembles cherry wood, it was often used for the solid front panels of dressers and wardrobes, but it is not as widely available as it used to be.
