This is a set of two slat-back armchairs designed by Leslie G. Dandy for G-PLAN, a leading British brand of mid-century design.

This dining chair was designed by Leslie G. Dandy. It is one of G-PLAN's signature chairs and was a huge hit at the time. From its release in 1972 until 1987, 2,000 chairs were produced every week. The slats are made of light brown teak and the gentle curves give it a delicate feel without being too sharp, giving it a special appeal.

The design has details in common with the circular table designed as part of the Fresco series living collection. It is a long table called a long john table that goes well with a three-seater sofa. It is a highly practical table with a glass top in the center and a rack underneath that doubles as a display and storage space.
