This is a vintage stacking chair made by ERCOL, a long-established British furniture manufacturer founded in 1920.
This stackable chair was released in 1957. It was very light and easy to use, and was used as a school chair in schools throughout the UK. There are two types of single-back stackable chairs: small and dining chair size. Although production was temporarily discontinued, its popularity has not waned, and a reproduction version is currently being released by ERCOL. Vintage items remain popular and are traded at high prices on the vintage market.
A rare Windsor dressing chest that is also popular in the UK. A functional and convenient item that combines a dresser and a chest. The screws that support the mirror are wood screws, and you can see the high attention to detail. The first tier of the chest has a glass shelf that can be used as an extension of the top. A wonderful item with impeccable design and functionality.
