- Skovby
Skoby is a furniture brand founded in 1933 in the village of Skoby on the outskirts of Denmark. Initially, woodworker Skoby Rasmussen's small workshop made custom-made furniture for the villagers. After the war, Skoby began exporting dining furniture to the United States. Eventually, under the concept of "World Furniture," the company focused on manufacturing with a clean design and full functionality, and is currently continuing to develop products for the global market. Skoby's commitment goes beyond design. Everyone from the founder to the current owner is a qualified craftsman. The entire process from sawing to finishing is carried out in the company's own factory in Denmark, and even after introducing line production, the company remains committed to hand-finishing.
