This is a vintage oval dining table by Nathan, one of the most representative brands of British mid-century design.
Although the design is simple, the attention to detail, such as the seamless legs, is impressive. This is a piece that can only be found at Nathan, where you can feel the high quality and individuality. The beautiful grain of the high-quality teak wood shows the uncompromising approach to craftsmanship of British furniture at that time. This piece has a different appeal from G-PLAN and McINTOSH furniture.

Nathan was founded in 1916 in London, England, when Russian-born Barnett Nathan produced handmade furniture. In 1954, the company gained fame when it was selected as a representative British design at a furniture exhibition held in New York, and began full-scale production of teak furniture. Along with Ebenezer Goom, famous for the G-plan series, Nathan has developed into one of the leading furniture manufacturers of the British mid-century. In particular, the "Classic Range" series is a timeless design that perfectly combines excellent comfort and craftsmanship. They have created a unique design style that is an eclectic mix of classic and Nordic styles, and the natural shine of the combination of Jacobean door styling and beautiful teak has captivated London's urban dwellers.
