This is a vintage sideboard with custom iron hairpin legs from the Fresco series designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins by G-PLAN, a leading British mid-century brand.
This is a custom version of G-PLAN's popular Fresco series, with iron legs called hairpin legs. It has been reborn with a more modern and industrial feel while still retaining the individuality and atmosphere of the time that G-PLAN has. It is a rare model that is rarely seen on the market.
The Fresco series is said to be the best-selling series of G-PLAN, which took the world by storm in the UK about 50 years ago. Following the Danish series of 1960, the Fresco series was originally designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen and was later taken over by Wilkins and Victor Bramwell. The design has a strong Nordic feel, using teak wood and other materials, and it is still the most popular series that symbolizes G-PLAN today.

- Victor Bramwell Wilkins
A British designer who was with G-PLAN from its founding. He was a talented designer who was praised as being on par with the great designer Eve Kofod-Larsen within G-PLAN, and was responsible for G-PLAN's hit series "Brandon" and "Brasilia", as well as G-PLAN's biggest hit series, "Fresco", which is also popular in Japan. He also designed many other furniture pieces for G-PLAN over a long period of time, leaving behind many excellent designs. He is still highly regarded today as one of the hidden great designers who supported G-PLAN's rapid growth.

- ・オイルやラッカー仕上げが主になりますので、アルコールでの拭き上げはお控えください。
- ・メンテナンスオイルを塗布しての出荷となりますので、水拭きなどの際にはオイルが付着し茶色くなります。
