This is the Brandon Series corner desk cabinet by G-PLAN, a brand representing British mid-century style.

This is an unusual cabinet that turns into a desk by pulling out the top and folding down the front.

This is a rare item that can be considered a subspecies of the rare early series "Brandon" series released in 1953. The material is oak, not the usual oak. Also, unlike the Brandon, which is characterized by its angular handles, this one has a rounded handle. While it has a calm British elegance, it also has a somewhat Japanese retro-modern atmosphere that catches your eye.

The early gold labels were made between 1952 and 1965. The gold color was proof that the furniture was high quality at the time, and the label, which had previously been a stamp, was embossed with the gold logo burned directly into it.
