A German ceramic manufacturer established in 1928. In 1954, the company closed its wholesale business and established its own factory, developing its own ceramics. Products from the West German era have a number combining the form number and height (cm) and the letters "W. Germany", meaning West Germany, on the bottom. From the 1960s to the 1980s, the company grew to become the largest ceramic manufacturer in Germany, and is still known today as a manufacturer with many fans around the world.
