曲線が綺麗な、高台付きの餃子皿です。
餃子皿という名前ですが、もちろん餃子以外のものでもお使いいただけます。

東京都永福町にある「中華可菜飯店」の店主、五十嵐可菜さんのデザインです。

《五十嵐可菜よりコメント》

私は普段から高台付きのお皿ラバーでして、お店でも家でもよく使います。ですがこの高台付き皿というものは、一点ものが多かったり、高台が高すぎると何を盛るかのハードルも上がってしまったりして、実はなかなかの曲者だったりします。今回は”料理に寄り添ってくれる高台付きのお皿”を自分の中で一つのテーマとして考えました。形は町中華でよく餃子が盛られているあの楕円形の愛おしいフォルムをイメージしながら、理想的な曲線について何度も議論し、このような形となりました。個人的には、うぐいすの方には皮がもっちもちの水餃子を、アイボリーの方にはこんがりきつね色のついた焼餃子なんかを是非のせてみて欲しいです。中華な食卓がいっそう華やぎますように。

デザイナー

五十嵐可菜

1991年北海道生まれ。京都造形芸術大学在学時に偶然受けた精進料理の授業で、恩師の「料理はいちばん儚い芸術」という言葉に心打たれ、料理の道を志す。数年間にわたり中華料理店で修行後、2021年東京都永福町に「中華可菜飯店」オープン。「健全でヘルシーな中国料理」を届けることをモットーに、肩の力を抜いて楽しめる中国料理を提供する。(2024年7月にはプロデュース店である”中華可菜点心”がオープン。)
