The LC6 table was designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand by Italian manufacturer Cassina.

The main frame is made of steel oval-section pipes, which were used as airplane parts at the time, ensuring the rigidity and stability required for a heavy glass table. The strength of these legs allows for a light and very sophisticated design. The four thin supports connecting the tabletop and legs also function as adjusters to change the table height. The design is complete with all its components and structure, yet it is also flawless in terms of functionality. This table has been selected for the permanent collection at MoMA as a timeless masterpiece representing the 20th century.
